1. No Refund Policy
By purchasing a subscription or service from Elifive, you agree and acknowledge that all sales are final. Due to the nature of the digital services we provide, we do not offer refunds, either full or partial, under any circumstances.

2. Unauthorized Refunds or Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first, you will be in violation of this policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to do the following:
- Retain Processing Fees: Payment processors like Stripe do not refund transaction fees. As such, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the original transaction amount to cover these non-recoverable costs.
- Partial Refunds: If a refund is forcibly processed through a dispute, we may issue only a partial refund, deducting applicable fees and administrative costs.
- Service Termination: Your account and access to services may be suspended or permanently terminated following a dispute or chargeback, with or without notice.
- Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases where we believe chargebacks have been filed fraudulently or in bad faith.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with your service, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at support@elifive.xyz before taking any formal dispute action. We are here to help resolve your issue promptly and fairly.
Our support team will make every effort to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution that aligns with our policies.
3.1 Resolution Process
When contacting our support team about a problem with our service, please provide:
- The email address associated with your account
- A detailed description of the issue you're experiencing
- Steps you've already taken to resolve the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or information that might help us understand the problem
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.
4. Service Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- You will maintain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for any future billing periods
5. Exceptions
While our no-refund policy is generally strict, we may consider exceptions in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical issues that render our service completely unusable, which our technical team has verified and been unable to resolve within 14 days
- Unauthorized charges where there is clear evidence of fraud not committed by the account holder
- Duplicate charges for the same service (in which case only the duplicate charge will be refunded)
Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.
6. Legal Compliance
This Refund & Chargeback Policy complies with consumer protection laws in multiple jurisdictions. However, if any provision conflicts with applicable law in your jurisdiction, that provision will be limited to the extent necessary while maintaining the intent of the policy.
In jurisdictions where mandatory cooling-off periods apply, we will honor those requirements consistent with local law.
